What Energy Outbound does with the information you give us through this website, in plain terms.
This website and its contact form.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you type in: your first and last name, work email, company, company website, job title and your message. We do not collect anything else through the form.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose, which is to answer your request. That might mean writing your buyer map or replying to a question. We do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we keep them for up to 12 months, in case you come back to the same conversation, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. It is seen only by the people answering your request and by the services that host this site and store messages on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them, as it does on many websites.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your details at any time, or ask what we hold about you. Write to rebekah.gibson@energyoutbound.co or send a note through the contact form, and we will act on it. If we contact you and you would rather we did not, reply stop and we will not contact you again.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
